As markets, technology and sustainability requirements continue to reshape DLG's industry, DLG is looking for an experienced and commercially minded People & Culture leader to help build the organization, leadership and capabilities required for future success.
Your role
As Head of HR Business Partnering, People & Culture, you will be a trusted advisor to Executive Leaders and a key driver of organizational performance, leadership effectiveness and transformation across Agriculture Business Group.
You will lead an international HRBP team and be part of the Global People & Culture Leadership Team. Together with the leaders of two additional HRBP organizations supporting DLG's other Business Areas and Group Functions, you will help shape the future People & Culture agenda across the Group.
You will also continuously evolve the HRBP operating model, governance, and ways of working to better support business priorities.
What you bring
You combine strong business acumen with extensive People & Culture leadership experience and understand how value is created across complex commercial and operational environments. With the ability to translate business priorities into people initiatives that drive performance and change, you bring:
- Significant experience from senior HRBP or People & Culture leadership roles.
- A strong commercial mindset and understanding of the food and agriculture industry.
- Comfort in partnering with and challenging Executive Leaders.
- Proven success in leading organizational transformation and change.
- The ability to lead through influence, collaboration, and strong stakeholder management.
- A balance of strategic thinking with pragmatic execution.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in Danish and German is an advantage.
